This Spring, Lose Hesitation, Gain Confidence with this new 8 week introductory (for new members only) program. We will get you feeling confident in your fitness journey. We will be with you every step of the way.
Your program includes...
* Eight 1/2 hour weekly sessions with a personal trainer or pilates trainer
* 8 week full facility membership (child care services are an additional cost)
* 14 day cleanse (meal plan)
* Individual guidelines for weekly routines to progress week after week
This program is designed specifically for you based on your current fitness level.
If you are a beginner, a trainer can help you navigate the club and teach you how to safely exercise. It's important to learn how to fit exercise into your daily life. If you are returning to exercise, this program can help set attainable goals and keep you accountable. If you are an avid exerciser, let a trainer create an intense program so that you can reach your goals and potentially run your first marathon!!
You may take part in a trial offer program one time per year.
